Donna Hughes
Founder
Donna is the heart behind the business, a dedicated animal lover with years of hands on experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. As the founder, she has shaped the service around compassion, safety, and a deep understanding of what pets truly need to feel happy and secure.
Her commitment to professional excellence matches her love for animals. Donna has earned diplomas in Pet Business, Pet First Aid, and Pet CPR, all completed with distinction. She is currently expanding her expertise even further by studying the SEG Awards Level 3 Diploma in Canine Care, Behaviour and Welfare, bringing the latest knowledge and best practices into every aspect of the service.

Neil Hughes
Lead Carer
Neil is an experienced and dedicated animal carer with a natural ability to connect with dogs and pets of all kinds. With years of hands‑on experience supporting and looking after animals, he brings a calm, confident presence that helps pets feel safe, understood, and relaxed.
As the team’s Lead Carer, Neil is out every day providing attentive, one‑to‑one care — from daily dog walks to personalised support and home visits for a wide range of animals. He has successfully completed his Animal Care Level 3 qualification with distinction, reflecting both his skill and his commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Neil’s passion extends to all animals, not just dogs. Whether he’s walking energetic pups, comforting nervous pets, or caring for small animals during pet‑sitting visits, he treats every animal as if they were part of his own family pack. His steady, reassuring approach ensures every pet receives the kindness, respect, and attention they deserve.

We have just moved to Lowestoft. Donna has walked Tor majority of Mondays since we have moved here. Tor is always excited to see Donna when she arrives. Donna has also looked after Tor overnight. He seemed to be very settled with her. She is now going to look after Tor when we go on our holidays, I am confident Tor will be happy and healthy with her.
